I know you all have been waiting for it. Here is my renaissance faire pictures page. So far I have on been to King Richard's Faire however someday I hope to go to some others. I have always believed that I can not go to one of these and not be in costume. I hope to try out for a job at one of these sometime cause I love to interact with other people while acting in a character that I create myself. I used to have a costume that made me look like a cross between a rich peasant and a warior. Now I am going for the simple look of a minstrel.

9/10/06So here are some pictures of me dressed as a minstral and strumming a few chords as I walk around. Last time the only songs I played were "Greensleeves", and "John Barleycorn Must Die". I went with my friend Jesse this time.
10/14/06 This time was awsome. I went with my cousin Mary but was upset I couldn't get in touch with Jesse to join us. We did have one heck of a fun time though. I played my usual songs "Greensleeves", and "John Barleycorn Must Die", but also played "Bravely Bold Sir Robin" from Monty Python's Quest For the Holy Grail.I didn't get Many pictures of me and Mary at this event but I got some of other people I would like to show.

I'm trying to come up with a character name for myself when I'm dressed up as a minstrel. I'm also working on on writing some songs of my own with a fantasy/medieval fairy tale sound to them. I would however like to also try to learn some classic cover songs that go with this theme, particularly ones that will grab the attention of children.
